410 Park Avenue offers exceptional amenities for our tenants. The Parlour, our exclusive private lounge, boasts unique furnishings, soft lighting, and captivating artwork, creating an inviting space ideal for team meetings or hosting guests. For more formal gatherings, our town hall conference room is tailored with high-speed internet and modern presentation equipment. 410 Park Avenue fitness center is a state-of-the-art facility with Peloton bikes, a meditation studio, and training equipment designed to support your healthy and active lifestyle at your convenience. One of the most unique amenities that 410 Park Avenue offers is the Clubhouse, an indoor golf simulator to help entertain clients, recharge between meetings, or work on team bonding.
Tenants are required to complete and return the Tenant Acknowledgement Form and Waiver to access all amenities.
Parlour Lounge
The fourth floor Parlour is fittingly located in Suite 410 and features ample seating and a full kitchenette. Tenants are welcome to have lunch and connect with colleagues in the well-lit and spacious amenity lounge. Tenants must submit the Acknowledgement Form and Waiver to enter through their building ID card.
Townhall
Located in the Parlour, Townhall is the hub for in-person and virtual conference meetings. The multi-configurable space can be set up for townhall style for 30 people and conference room meetings for up to 16 people. The room offers wireless screen-sharing, high-speed internet, and features prints by Basquiat and Keith Haring.
Townhall is available by reservation only through a bookings feature on the Global Holdings 2.0 app. Townhall is available for booking Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, excluding holidays.
Clubhouse
Whether entertaining clients, recharging between meetings, or team-building, 410 Park Avenue’s indoor golf simulator is the next level in office amenities, with incredible realism and ease-of-use. Play 35 professional courses, plus practice courses, competitions, and driving ranges, and enjoy access to the conference center with lounge and kitchenette.
The Clubhouse and golf simulator are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 8 pm. Reservations are required to utilize the space and can be only be booked through the Global Holdings 2.0 app.
Fitness Center
410 Park Avenue’s fitness center features Peloton bikes, a yoga studio, state-of-the-art training equipment, and a boxing station, making it easier to stay committed to your health and wellbeing, however busy your day is. Tenants must submit the Acknowledgement Form and Waiver to enter through their building ID card. Reservations are not required to utilize the space.
